Q: Where do I access the magazine?
A: While we do publish multiple free posts on our website daily, our premium paid content is found in the EDM World Magazine App. EDM World Magazine is the #1 ranked and reviewed EDM Magazine App in the world on the Apple App Store and Android Google Play Store. Q: I’d like a hard copy of the magazine. Do you offer a print option?
A: We’ve thought long and hard about offering a print option. There are 3 main reasons as to why we do not offer it:
#1. We believe in going green to help protect our planet. We don’t want to be apart of adding more waste to our landfills or cutting down our already depleted rainforests just to make a quick buck.
#2. The magazine is beautifully designed with multiple digital integrations that wouldn’t translate well to print. For example, we frequently include video and audio so we believe the best way to experience EDM World Magazine is digital.
#3 We’ve looked into many print on demand services but it becomes extremely expensive for you, our worldwide readers, to order a solo issue, get it printed in color, and shipped to your home.
Q: My app is crashing. What do I do?
A: The Magazine app has been battle tested and rarely crashes. Most likely the issue is with your device. Please follow the guidelines laid out below by Apple and Android.

Q: I’m not getting the new magazines delivered automatically. What do I do?
A: We love Apple/Android but even they are not perfect. Push Notifications are awesome but sometimes your device can drop the push notification connection. Weird but it happens. What you can do is to turn off wifi, turn on airplane mode, then reconnect to wifi. Something else you can try is to connect to another wifi network for a while. You can also try deleting the app and redownload it. Lastly, restarting your device should also help if nothing else is.
Q: How do I enable/disable push notifications on/off?
A: We recommend you keep your push notifications enabled so we can quickly and easily keep you updated with any important announcements including bonuses! We know you get tons of notifications every day and they can be annoying to deal with but we do not abuse this feature and only use it when we feel it’s necessary.
Apple Users: Navigate to the “Setting” Icon on your devices, tap on the section “Notifications” then scroll down and hit “EDM World Magazine” and then hit “Allow Notifications” for all available options.
Android Users: Navigate to “Setting” on your device, tap on “Application Manager” then “Downloaded” and then scroll to “EDM World Magazine” and tap on the box “Show Notifications” so it is filled in with a check mark.
Q: How much does it cost?

Q: What do I get?
A: If you buy an individual issue you get instant access to only that issue purchased. If you subscribe, however, you’ll get instant access to the most recent issue PLUS any additional regular issue that comes out afterward within your selected, subscribed time period.
As an added BONUS, subscribers will also receive access to all Private issues released. Only subscribers will have access to Private issues.
Q: Why don’t I have access to all of the issues once I subscribe?
A: When you subscribe you get access to the current issue and all future issues, as long as you are subscribed. You can still buy all of the issues that were released before you subscribed, but only individually, and at the cover price.
So, if you’re thinking of subscribing, it’s better to do it earlier so you can save money and not have to buy individual back issues because they will cost you 20% – 67% more than if you simply selected a subscription to start with.

Q: How do the Free Trials work?
A: The free trial starts as soon as you subscribe. Apple/Android will auto-renew you to the subscription plan you selected once the free trial period is finished. You can actually cancel at any time up to the end of the trial period to prevent getting billed. You can even cancel as soon as you have gotten the free trial so you won’t have to remember to unsubscribe later.
Q: How do I activate my Free Trial?
A: Hit “Subscribe” and you’ll get a popup box which will ask you which subscription you’d like to choose. For the best deal, click “Yearly Subscription” for the 1 Month Free Trial, enter your Apple ID Password, and click “Yes” to start your free trial. As mentioned before, the free trial does auto-renew once your free trial has expired although you can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the trial to prevent from being billed.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: The EDM World Magazine team is always looking for your input. If you’re considering unsubscribing or already have, I’d personally like to hear from you. Please email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your comments, questions, or concerns. Canceling the subscription is easy and only takes a second:
Apple Users: Navigate to the “Setting” Icon on your devices, click on the section “iTunes & App Store” and then click on “Apple ID: [Your Email Address] and in the box that opens up click “View Apple ID”. You will then be prompted to enter your Apple ID Password. Once you’ve done that, click on “Manage” under subscriptions section, click on “EDM World Magazine Subscription” and then under the Auto-Renewal tab switch that to “Off”. You have now successfully canceled your subscription.
Android Users: Navigate to the “Google Play” Icon on your device, click on the “Menu” Icon (3 horizontal lines) and then click on “Accounts” then “Subscriptions” and select “EDM World Magazine” and hit “Cancel”. You have now successfully canceled your subscription.
Q: Will I get reminders that I am subscribed?
A: Each month as you are billed, Apple/Android sends you a statement to your email address associated with your Apple ID/Google Play account, so you will always be aware that your subscription is active.
