RL Grime released his anticipated annual Halloween Mix! Every Hallow’s Eve, RL drops the filthiest trap set that blows your typical Halloween party playlist out of the water. He is truly the master of spooks.
Halloween VII opens with eerie sounds and a bizarre introduction from DJ Diesel, asking RL Grime where his Halloween mix is. His intro ends with, “RL… man you’re grimy.” RL responds with the grimiest Halloween mix yet, which, as it should be, considering this is his seventh mix in a row for the occasion! The mix has a dark and sinister vibe for its entirety. Also, there’s a handful of special unreleased ID’s, but a song that stood out to me is G Jones’ “Forgotten Dreams.” If you’ve never listened to one of RL Grime’s Halloween mixes before, you’re in for a treat!
