13 Jul Why You Don’t Want To Miss North Coast Music Festival [Event Preview]

North Coast Music Festival is a 3-day experience that runs from September 2nd to the 4th. It features a diverse lineup with over 100 artists performing across 4 stages, amazing costumed performers, art installations, shops, and interactive experiences.

In 2021 they expanded to showcase several new art installations. New to 2022, they are inviting “Coasties” to explore never-before-seen art pieces and live painting. They will also have tons of food and beverage vendors which add to the 11th edition of the festival.

North Coast Music Festival is located at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois. It will open at 2:00 PM each day. The event is 17+ for GA and 21+ for VIP. If you are driving, you need to purchase a parking pass. If traveling, you can stay at one of the North Coast partnered hotels near the stadium.

The Lineup

The lineup includes everything in the vast array of electronic music including heavy-hitters like Porter Robinson, Illenium, Armin Van Buuren, Slander, Seven Lions, and Diplo. The lineup will features label takeovers from Fisher’s label (Catch & Release Takeover), Subtronics (Cyclops Recordings Takeover), Seven Lions (Ophelia Records Takeover), Diplo (Higher Ground Takeover), and Svdden Death presenting VOYD (Garden Of The Deceiver Takeover).

Additional artists on the line-up include, Subtronics, Tchami x Malaa, CID, deorro, Dirt Monkey, Gem & Tauri, LP Giobbi, Wooli, William Black, Said The Sky, Dombresky, Channel Tres, HVDES,  Jai Wolf, Madeon, and Gryffin.

COVID-19 Safety

To keep everyone safe, all attendees must have a valid ID, driver’s license, or passport and will be required to show either proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of your first day of attendance. You will not be let into the festival if you do not show proof of vaccination or a negative test result.

Traveling to and from the festival

Rideshare, driving, public transportation, and shuttles are all options for getting to North Coast. If you are traveling by car you will need to purchase a parking pass. There is no street parking. Also, North Coast does offer shuttles. Buses will run on the hour throughout the day starting at 11:30 am.

Where to buy tickets
