30 Jul Kaskade Will ‘Disarm You’ with Newest Single From Upcoming Album (Lyrics)

A familiar face in the EDM scene, Kaskade rose to national and international prominence in 2008 and 2009. He, along with fellow progressive house artist Deadmau5, spearheaded the revival of American progressive house. Regarded as one of the most talented and experienced music producers in the scene, this will be the 11^th album of his career. Kaskade has made dozens of remixes and mashups, from the likes of music’s most talented individuals like Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga and Lana Del Rey. He also has remixed some of EDM’s most renowned artists that include Galantis, Zedd, and most recently, Jack Ü.

His newest single, “Disarm You,” is typical Kaskade with female vocals, ear-catching melodies and inspiring chords that come together to create a sound worthy of the name of the producer who created it. He works with vocalist Ilsey Juber, who is not unfamiliar with collaborating with electronic producers. For instance, she did vocals for German DJ Robin Schulz in his song “Headlights.” Kaskade premiered the single in his EDC Las Vegas set back in June and has been working on his upcoming LP.

He has played at virtually every major festival in the world and has entranced crowds of thousands with his unique sound and style. Just this year at Coachella, Kaskade drew one of the largest crowds in the festival’s history, not only revealing the growth of the industry, but also the musical savviness and sound of one of its most talented producers. Kaskade is a Grammy-nominated person, and has worked with many artists and producers including Galantis, Tiesto, Deadmau5, and Skrillex. One of his most recent singles, “Never Sleep Alone” was a widespread success affirming why Kaskade is one of the most respected producers in the industry.
