Holy Ship! Wrecked will be returning to Riviera Maya, Mexico, this year from December 13-17, 2022. Who doesn’t want to stay for a four-night all-inclusive stay at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya on the shores of the Yucatan Peninsula?
This will be the second year that the event’s hosted here and the third year that Holy Ship! finds itself on the shore rather than on the sea. There will be no shortage of house, bass, and techno. HARD/Insomniac, Cloud 9 Adventures, and The Bowery Presents (founders of the Holy Ship! brand circa 2011) return for yet another year of shenanigans, soundtracked by the best in the business.
Holy Ship! Wrecked Lineup
Much to fans’ surprise, Jai Wolf will make his much-anticipated return to the event! Equally important, Lane 8 will be performing a set and have an intimate after-hours soiree, This Never Happened. Louis The Child will triumph on the stage as SG Lewis will showcase the productions that made him the hottest collaborator of recent years.
House music continues to be the stronghold within the curatorial beacon led by Armand Van Helden. Tech house’s prodigal sons Dom Dolla and John Summit will continue in the Riviera Maya, alongside British-Japanese icon Maya Jane Coles. Fans can also look forward to blowout performances by Justin Martin, Walker & Royce, VNSSA, Ardalan, and the Desert Hearts crew.
UK duo Ivy Lab will make their event debut, followed by Wreckno, Mersiv, GG Magree, Valentino Khan, A Hundred Drums, and more! Also on display this year will feature Shlohmo, Mr Carmack, and Soulection’s Joe Kay, who have all defied expectations in the studio. Holy Ship! Wrecked truly prevails as a place where artists spotlight the dancefloor. Hard-edged 90’s rave revivalists Overmono will be newly welcomed to the show, alongside fellow underground icons like TSHA, Nicole Moudaber, Heidi Lawden, UNIIQU3, and QRTR.
This year attendees are treated to a number of throwdowns from Ardalan’s Ardy Party, Desert Hearts, Nicole Moudaber’s In the Mood, Valentino’s Khan-A-Mania, John Summit’s Off the Grid, and Walker & Royce’s Rules Don’t Apply. By all means, these party takeovers remain one of the most exciting parts of the event’s duration.
The Venue
The musical journey of Holy Ship! Wrecked will take fans from sunset to sunrise between six stages from Heaven Beach to Main Stage. Poolside pop-ups and two other late-night venues will keep the party going all night long! The event’s famous extracurricular activities are expected. Including DJ workshops, beach games, OG Party, and many more surprises captained by fan-favorite artists.
In fact, resort amenities will include nine restaurants, complimentary craft cocktail and tequila bars, 24-hour complimentary room service, a waterpark, zipline, extreme sports, and a fitness center.
