Electric Blockaloo Minecraft Festival is going to be the ultimate digital music festival for both Minecraft gamers and EDM lovers alike. That’s right. Rave family is bringing together these two worlds. This is one unique event that will take place on Minecraft this coming weekend June 25-28. This event is going to be massive featuring over 950 artists and 65 virtual stages! The festival has so much to offer and is truly the first of its kind.

What is the Electric Blockaloo Minecraft Festival?
Electric Blockaloo Minecraft Festival is an EDM festival that takes place in the Minecraft world. Hundreds of artists will be performing in virtual venues created in Minecraft. Some venues are created to look like some of your favorite existing venues. Other venues will be brand new creations never before seen. The festival also offers many opportunities to connect music lovers to both each other and their favorite artists.
Who will be hosting the different stages?
Stage hosts include A-Track’s Fool’s Gold, Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream, ZHU PRESENTS: BLACKLIZT, Nicole Moudaber’s In The Mood and Claptone’s Masquerade. Catch A-Trak, Bingo Players, Boogie T, Borgore, Diplo, Dirty Bird, Jamie Jones, Lee Burridge, Zhu, Steve Aoki, and more.
Who came up with this idea?
The CEO of Rave Family, Jackie McGuire, came up with the idea while reflecting on the COVID-19 crisis. She knew many of her favorite festivals such as Electric Forest would, unfortunately, be canceled. “Wouldn’t it be so fun if we could create Electric Forest inside Minecraft and get all our friends to come?” With this, the idea for Electric Blockaloo was created.
How do you get a ticket for access to the event?
To attend the event you need to obtain a guest list shared by an artist or buy a GA or VIP pass for full access to all of the Minecraft servers. VIP tickets will give you access to exclusive Discord servers and other goodies like exclusive releases. If you have a Minecraft account already you can use either the Java or Bedrock version of the game. What else will the festival be offering?
This festival will also offer many other fun activities such as mini-games, prizes, and online chat rooms via Discord. The festival partners will also provide opportunities to register to vote and to donate and get involved with non-profits such as Black Lives Matter and ByeByePlastic. This event is 18+.
