The remix is off of Dillon Francis’ new EP This Mixtape Is Fire, which is said to be made fully available on Aug. 14. What fans and audiences know for sure is that the EP’s first single, “Bruk Bruk (I Need Your Lovin)” and Party Favor’s remix of “I Can’t Take It” are surefire hits. And, if these two foreshadow the EP as a whole, then fans should be ready for some more great music!

Who is Party Favor?

Party Favor, born Dylan Ragland, is a rising name in bass and began to gain notoriety with his crazy remix of Showtek’sBooyah,” on Spinnin’ Records. Since then, he has remixed Bro Safari and Diplo and has just dropped his latest single, “Booty Loose,” which is a testament to why Party Favor has received so much attention within the last year or so. His other hit single, “Bap U,” was widely received and can be heard in the sets of headliners such as Diplo and his duo group with Skrillex, Jack Ü.

His remix of Dillon Francis’ “I Can’t Take It” is a funny yet a great take-off of the moombahton masterpiece from Francis’ debut album Money Sucks, Friends Rule. The ear-catching song begins with a short segment of Dillon Francis’ deep house alter ego, DJ Hanzel. The remix is a definite success, molding the original into a wild festival trap track.

The song also features another segment from one of Dillon Francis’ other popular comical sketches where he hilariously asks his wife Darlene for a beer. Audiences should definitely check out Party Favor’s remix and Dillon Francis’ new EP This Mixtape is Fire.
