Shaky Beats Music Festival will be returning to Atlanta’s Centennial Park with a bass-heavy lineup for its second year. High-energy artists like Griz, Kaskade, Flosstradamus and The Chainsmokers will be taking over downtown May 5th through 7th.
Following a series EDM festival mishaps in Atlanta, Shaky Beats is poised to establish itself as a leading festival in the south east. Its sister festival under the same production company, Shaky Knees, draws big crowds to the same venue the past 4 years for indie and alternative rock. For only being in its second year, the lineup is impressive. The three-day fest boasts an array of genres from trance and house to grimy dubstep making sure there’s something for any EDM fan.
Through the Shaky Beats website, ravers can search through nearby hotels for a place to crash since there will be no camping and no day parking, except for ADA access. To help make your weekend complete, they have partnered with local attractions to offer discounts for those attending. The Georgia Aquarium, located across Baker Street from the park will be offering a 20% discount for anyone who purchases a ticket through the Shaky Beats website.
Shaky Beats will also be releasing the 2017 version of it’s app for Android and iOS. Through the app, festival goers can plan and share their schedule, view maps, and connect with friends.
3-day GA are currently $165 and single day tickets are $90.
They will also be offering both single and 3-day VIP passes and a payment plan available through Affirm.
