On July 6, Young prodigy Martin Garrix released his long awaited collaboration “Dragon” with Matisse & Sadko. Now, only a week afterwards, he has released another banger with his producer buddies Matisse & Sadko called “Break Through The Silence” featuring Pete Wilde. This energetic track has the perfect balance between those typical Garrix melodies and a drop that’ll leave you begging for more.

The track was first heard at Ultra Music Festival in Miami this past March and became one of the most searched after ID’s of the festival, marking the tracks hit potential. Following the video for “Dragon,” the music video for “Break Through The Silence” continues to tell the story of a badass roller girl who goes into the night, out on a bender. In the video, directed by LA based Laban, the girl has to face the consequences of her behavior.

Martin Garrix vs. Matisse & Sadko “Break Through The Silence” featuring Pete Wilde Lyrics

I’m on the edge, got to get away
I’ve seen it all before
I’m going down like a renegade
And I’m still begging for more

This is the last time I tell you to open your eyes
The City is sleeping
The monsters outside
The fire is burning, there’s nowhere to hide
And I won’t say it anymore

Break through the silence
I can feel the energy rising
Turn up the sirens
We were never meant to be quiet (2x)

There are lights that’ll lead the way
Do what we’re searching for
A million miles from yesterday
And it’s right here on the floor

This is the last time I tell you to open your eyes
The City is sleeping
The monsters outside
The fire is burning, there’s nowhere to hide
And I won’t say it anymore

Break through the silence
I can feel the energy rising
Turn up the sirens
We were never meant to be quiet (2x)
