20 Aug First Look: Steve Aoki feat. Fall Out Boy, “Back to Earth” (Official Music Video) (Lyrics)

Steve Aoki not only can shake up a room with his original work, but with his collaborations. He has worked with the likes of Rivers Cuomo of Weezer, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil John, and Linkin Park. With all of these mixes, he has been able to give pop, rap and alternative sounds to his electro-house roots.

His latest collaboration with Fall Out Boy, brings a futuristic glace into alternative music. It also gives proof that alternative/rock music can be mixed into the EDM world. Fall Out Boys’ signature vocals help bring the heart rate up to the listener, as if it’s not already up with Aoki’s strong beats.

This track is one of many on Aoki’s most recent album Neon Future I, which released earlier this year. The video captures a an epic battle scene, and and ending scene of celebration, which not so subtley was sponsored by Smirnoff Vodka.
